Carpets – £35 per carpet (based on one double bedroom)
Windows – £20 for a three bedroom house
End of tenancy cleaning package
Two bedroom and Two Bathroom – £250
- To clean all tiles, sink ,mirrors , bath, shower screen , toilet and to remove limescale throughout.
- To wipe all white goods including fridge, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
- A clean down of all counters cupboards , descaling of the sink and all splash back areas
- All skirting boards, doors, handles and build in cupboards wiped over.
- To hot water extract all carpets throughout the property, removing any stains and soiled areas where possible.
- All internal and external windows cleaned.
All end of tenancy packages include a basic oven clean.
